I cancelled a subscription in December for a box I never recovered, and I am still getting charged monthly, with no boxes! When I called them, they said they have no record of my charge. So I called PayPal, which is the company they charge with. PayPal has investigated, and will refund me for December, January and February.

I signed up for free box and they automatically signed up for the monthly subscription. Without even ordereding anything they are charging 24.99 $ everything. You cannot even cancel online. You have to call or email them to cancel. I emailed them they never got back so called them twice. This is a scam!!
