Julep - No Communication
When you join Maven (monthly subscription), they ask you to fill out a profile. I assumed that this information would be used to send me the best possible colors for me. Not so.
You can go in and modify what your are being sent. But, they DO NOT send you an email letting you know to do it. You have to put in on your calendar. Everytime I would try to edit my box, the period of time had expired. I would then get a box that had really inappropriate colors for my hair color/skintone. Really? these are beauty experts?
If you want to cancel, they force you to call. Had I known that when I signed up, I wouldn't have signed up.
It's my own fault. I know better than sign up for a monthly subscription. I will not forget this for a long time to come.
