Bad experience
I like to keep extra Julep eyeshadow sticks, but not anymore! I keep a set of my favorite colors to use at home, another set at my office and a third for travel.
Hence Julep had a sale I purchased all that I needed at that time. The eyeshadow fell out of two tubes/applicators as soon as I opened them. Because it was past the 60 day return window Julep customer service basically gave me the brush off.
I CANNOT use defective products after they fall on the floor especially a product that goes near ones eyes. Note I said defective; one would hope Julep would stand behind their products.

I placed an order on 3/6 for $118 and never received it. They also charged me $16.99 for a club rewards fee.
I have sent over 20 emails and tried several phone numbers, and none of the phone numbers work!
I want my money back! If I could give zero stars, I would give it -100!

It was paid for, and I never received it.
I'm thinking this was just a scam. I should have received my box by now.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I was enrolled in some Julep Club after asking a purchase. I did not wish to be in this Club.
I emailed them back in September, politely asking them to cancel my 'subscription' that I did not want, nor could afford. They are continuing to charge me $16.95 per month! Now, I love the Julep products, but I don't want a subscription to their club.
I just want to be cancelled and refunded!! I will change my rating once this is done, as I love the products when I can afford them...

I’m trying to do a return nobody else answered the phone and it’s very confusing the website to do a return been trying to talk to somebody
I have a return and want address label. I want to exchange three eyeshadows for different ones. I have sent several emails and I cannot get it to work when they ask to do a return.

I opened the eyeshadow stick and it immediately fell off completely. It appeared to be used.
Do not purchase from Instagram seller #JMS256****. I called the Julep number and was hung up on and blocked when I started to explain what happened.
They refuse to refund the total price. So, I'm stuck with USED makeup.

I never received my product and if you cant even send it at least return my money, it looks like what happened is when I contacted them when the package was empty that I received in the mail,they just acted like it was a return, because its on the page that it was no need to return the unused product. And they tell you that the chat is 24/7 but you cant click on the chat it doesnt do anything

Products I don't lime
I dont have a complaint. I just have a few items I don't really like but I don't have the original order number.
Also I would really like an eyeliner in gray. I think I have every color of eyeliner and eye shadow and I can't seem to have anything with gray.

Pencil sharpener problem. And need advice
Hi. Why does your sharpener chew up the pencil so badly.
It leaves sharp edges in the liner which scratches my eye lid.
