Poor quality products. Concealer made me break out and burned my eyes. Nail polish consists of 50 coats before you see results. Love the idea but awful quality. E.L.F is better quality than this garbage.

Was charged without notification for $24.99 and there was no information as to why. I can only assume that my previous purchase was tied to some sort of subscription that I was unaware of. This website is very sneaky and I hate that consumers feel they have the right to trick you into things like this. This is my hard earned money they took from me without my knowledge.

I am trying to cancel my membership from last one year but customer service calls never went through it just keeps ringing so the best alternative I have is I skip the monthly box but sometimes i don't remember to cancel and I receive this box. Though I have no complaints about the produt, but please I have got enough nail paints and somebody please help in cancelling the subscription.

It's the phenoxanthenol that makes your eyes water. It's an allergen and it's banned in europe. Julep puts it in all their skin and beauty products. Really unethical.
