Julep is the worst company in the WORLD.They have the WORST costumer service.

In addition to the worst policies ever. They sign you up without your permission to expensive monthly programs, then refuse to give you a refund due to the fact that monthly box subscriptions "can't be returned" they then just send you an e-mail telling you how great this stuff is that you don't want. They also keep you on hold forever so you never actually get to talk anyone. Also they don't return messages you leave, so it's impossible to talk to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE DON'T EVER SHOP AT JULEP. ‪#‎badbusiness‬ ‪#‎julep‬ ‪#‎badcustomerservice‬ ‪#‎worstcompany‬ ‪#‎dontshop‬.

I'm so glad I read this. I was about to sign up.

I don't like companies that do this and have hidden agendas.

Everything should be clearly written up front.

You are told when ordering the free box that you are signing up for a monthly subscription and the cost.

But they also tell you that you can cancel at anytime, however, they make it *** near impossible TO cancel.
