Julep - Worst Service Ever!!!
I signed up for julep on July 24th.I ordered a box and when my order was confirmed everything was correct.
When I tracked my shipment they had messed up my address and my box got shipped back. I tried calling them 15+ times and was always on hold and had to leave voicemails. Not once did I get anyone on the phone. I also sent 10+ emails and only received about 2 responses which were blanket responses stating that they would look into the issue.
A month later and still nothing.
No returned calls, no relevant emails, no box, and I refund.I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life and I will never recommend anyone ordering from this company.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
